Images and Camera Content
The App allows users to upload or capture images of drink menus, beverage containers, and related content for AI-powered analysis.
These images may be temporarily transmitted to AI service providers, including OpenAI, for the purpose of identifying beverages and extracting information such as:
- Drink names
- Alcohol content (ABV)
- Calories
- Ingredients
- Other beverage-related information
We do not permanently store uploaded images on our servers after processing is completed.
Text Input
The App may also process text entered or pasted by users for beverage identification and analysis.
This text may be transmitted to AI service providers, including OpenAI, to generate results.
We do not permanently store this text after processing is completed, except as necessary for temporary technical operation or debugging.
Shared Menus and Drinks
The App includes sharing features that allow users to share drink menus or individual drinks with others.
When you choose to share a menu or a single drink:
- The menu or drink data is uploaded to our backend in JSON format
- A unique shareable link is generated
- Anyone with access to the link can import or view the shared menu or drink within the App
Shared links:
- Are not publicly searchable
- Are not intentionally indexed by search engines
- Are not publicly listed or browsable within the App
However, users should treat shared links as accessible to anyone who obtains the link.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in shared menus or drinks.
Subscriptions
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and determine access to premium features. RevenueCat may process subscription status, purchase history, and identifiers necessary to validate purchases and provide subscription functionality.

Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party providers to operate certain features, including AI-powered drink analysis and subscription management.
These providers may process information submitted to or generated by the App solely for providing their services to the App.

Data Retention
We aim to minimize data retention.
- Uploaded images used for AI analysis are not permanently stored after processing
- Text submitted for AI analysis is not permanently stored after processing
- Shared menu and drink data remains stored while the shared link is active or until removed
- Subscription and purchase information processed through RevenueCat is retained as needed to provide subscription functionality and comply with applicable requirements
We may retain limited technical logs temporarily for security, abuse prevention, debugging, or service reliability purposes.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information handled by the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Users
By using the App, you understand that information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App or on the associated website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
